ToCo International takes your music around the globe

ToCo International is the tradename for ToCo Licensing N.V., one of the world's largest and leading independent brokers in music-rights. The company was set up on 1 April 1989 by Ton van den Bremer and has its Headquarter in Curaçao (The Dutch Antilles), headed by Jozef Zimmerman.

ToCo Licensing N.V. is working with more than 100 record companies all over the world. ToCo acquires rights from many independent record- and production companies, artists and managers and exploits such repertoire abroad via the a.m. regional offices.

ToCo's specialities include styles such as Dance, Pop, Techno, Trance, etc. ToCo also handles a.o. Blues, Classical, Instrumental, Jazz, Oldies, Reggae, etc, etc.

Furthermore ToCo is involved in the release planning, marketing and promotion of the products including the set-up of promotional tours in the various territories.

ToCo quarterly collects, reports and, most important, pays the royalties received from each individual country (or region) to the master-owners through a sophisticated computer program, especially developed for ToCo and unique in the world.

The Dutch office (ToCo Europe) is headed by Marc de Raaff and services Europe (including the former Eastern Europe Countries), the Near East (Egypt, Israel Turkey) and Northern America (Canada and USA). Support-office ToCo España, headed by Ronald van Swieten, assists on services for Western Europe and Northern America.

The Far East office in Hong Kong (ToCo Asia) covers all countries in the Middle East and the Far East and is headed by Carl Parker.

ToCo Australia, run by Peter van den Bremer, is taking care of Australia plus New Zealand and Africa.

The Latin American office in Australia (ToCo Latino) is headed by Ton van den Bremer, covering all of the South- and Central- American countries. The ToCo Australia-office takes care of all administrative services for this region.

ToCo Licensing N.V. is also partner / co-owner of Dutch based, nine years old publishing company ToCo Music Publishing, which is headed by Mr Eric Boom. ToCo Music Publishing is a member of the Dutch mechanical- and performing rights society Buma / Stemra and is operating world-wide with various partners.
